Tech 17 for corrosion resistance of thermallysprayed tungsten carbide in highly corrosive environments.

It is unique in its ability to fill and seal inherent micro-porosity found in thermally sprayed coatings that allow corrosives to attack the substrate and debond the coating.  It increases the bond strength and hardness of HVOF and Plasma applied coatings.
