Organic Coatings

Dip Spin or Spray technology, providing excellent salt spray resistance for relatively small coating thickness.

Delta Tone and Delta Protekt are a mixture of zinc flakes held in a suspension of organic binders and solvents.  The applied and cured coating forms a 97% Zinc rich structure of laminated Zinc flakes.

The resultant silver coating of 10-12 microns gives performance in excess of 500 hours Salt Spray resistance to ASTM B 117.  Coating uniformity and repeatable torque characteristics makes ths an ideal corrosion protection system for threaded fastners and spring fasteners alike and does not give rise to hydrogen embrittlement.

Organic coatings are dymanic and are ideal for small components such as fasteners, spring clips through to larger componets that have to be assembled to jigs prior to spraying.
